If you have had a chicken taco soup before, you know how easy and delicious it is! This recipe will be quickly added to your rotation because it is so good and it literally has zero prep or cooking! Be prepared for the shortest post ever…
These ingredients can also be modified to your preference on brand, organic, spices, etc. I added the mexicorn as it isn’t in the recipe but it added a little pizazz, if you will. 💃🏻
Get out your crockpot and get ready to just dump and set the temp and let it do it’s thang—it is that simple!
In the meantime, you can start cooking the “stuffing”. Brown your meat (the recipe calls for sausage but ground beef or turkey is good too). I won’t tell you how to do all the steps, as they are in the recipe and pretty self-explanatory.
Recipe:
Ingredients (Serves 4)
3 cans of chicken
1 can kidney beans (I used pinto because it is what I had)
2 can corn
2 small can tomato sauce
2- 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
2 package Ranch seasoning
1 package taco seasoning
Instructions
Cook on low for at least 1 hour. Serve with sour cream, avocado and cheese on top! We served it with tortilla chips and made it like a dip/nachos. Told you it was the easiest dinner ever!
